Riverruns Apparel Warranty

Riverruns apparel products are covered by a 60-day limited warranty. If your apparel fails to perform its intended use due to defects in materials and/or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge. Kindly note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use

Return Policy

We hope you like what you purchased! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items, below is the return process you may want to know:

Return:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of the receipt date. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the receipt date. But we are not responsible for the shipping fee to return the package unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault.

Please note: (a) Items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for the damage to items resulting from improper use, not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Or Lost Items:

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Support Team by email at [email protected] within seven calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment.

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team by email at [email protected], as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.

Refund:

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order within 5 business days after we receive your package.

We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because they are non-refundable.
